Hi, I'm CaAtherine Meredith, the woman behind Fat Be Gone.​  

Fat Be Gone is about creating healthy lifestyles.  

Why Fat Be Gone?  Initially it was about creating accountability for myself. Then earlier this year something amazing happened - I began helping others as they made the decision to throw out their unhealthy existence and create a fabulously healthy lifestyle.  

Being healthy is definitely the 'new skinny'.

It can be a little overwhelming when you start looking around, so I created this page to help you launch you very own sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Fat Be Gone has been created to help people who have struggled losing weight. Most of the content is geared towards women, in particular women who are 35+years. Having said that - I believe anyone looking to build a new healthy lifestyle will benefit and discover how to create a fabulous healthy lifestyle.
